From Kate: "This is the granola you’ve been searching for. I’ve been making it for twenty years and learned the recipe from my Mom, who combined recipes she liked to make this one. I’ve amped it up and put my food nerd spin on it with more seeds, chia, ground flaxseed, extra vanilla and a sprinkle of Maldon. It’s chewy and crunchy at the same time, packed with nutrient-dense superfoods and has a rich lightly-toasted flavor. I use all anti-inflammatory oils and no refined sugars. Keeps for one month in the fridge, two weeks in a dark, cool area. Gluten and dairy-free. Nearly vegan – it contains honey. Will make orders vegan upon request. Eat as a snack, or serve with your favorite cow’s or plant milk or yogurt. I put a heap of fresh fruit on top."
