Do you offer first-time discounts?

Do you have a referral program?
Yes we do! Refer a friend and you will each get 20% off an order!
Enter the name and email of the friend who referred you in the order notes when you checkout. Then we will send a discount code to you and to the friend who referred you to use on the next order.
Are the meals delivered frozen? Can they be frozen?
Our meals are fresh and yes, most of the meals can be frozen although not the salads of course. The entrees and sides could be frozen however they should probably be transferred to airtight containers as they come in ovenable ones.
What's your delivery charge?
Our $10 flat fee delivery charge goes directly to our drivers. Please note that Gift Cards can be used to pay for delivery fees. However, discount codes are not able to be used for delivery fees.
Do you ship meals outside of your service area?
We apologize, but we are unable to ship our meals outside of our local delivery area.
I have food allergies, can my meal items be prepped in a seperate area to avoid cross-contamination?
Our chefs are very comfortable accommodating food allergies as long as they know in advance. We ask that all food allergies be disclosed in the ORDER NOTES section at check out to ensure they are sent with your order to the kitchen.

What is the delivery time window?
Your delivery will arrive between 3-7pm on Monday. If you will not be home during that time, please place a cooler by your front door so your food can be placed inside or arrange for someone else to be available to receive your order.
