This is the granola you’ve been searching for. I’ve been making it for twenty years and learned the recipe from my Mom, who combined recipes she liked to make this one. (GF, V)

Mixed greens, pepitas, dried cherries, shaved carrot, onions, balsamic vin​. 1-2 servings. (V, VG, DF, GF)

Apples, Radicchio, Dried Cherries, Pecans, Lemon and Maple Syrup Dressing​. 1-2 servings. (V)

Rice, mixed greens, classic oven roasted vegetables, choice of protein. Serves 1​ (V, DF, GF)

Pulled Pork, Pico de Gallo, Salsa Roja, over Rice. Serves 1​
